About Us
Stephen Attwood founded Execulang because he understands the excitement and the problems of learning a language, and offers an effective solution. A British citizen, Steve grew up in the UK, but now lives in the United States. He has lived in 5 countries and speaks 4 languages – two fluently, one at the survival level, and one not so well!
He first taught English as a foreign language in Spain to supplement his income as a student in International Marketing.
A successful businessman, Steve lived and worked in England, Switzerland and France before moving permanently to the United States. He headed the USA subsidiaries of two European companies before starting his own management consulting business, specializing in corporate strategic planning and development. He still offers those services through Execulang’s parent company, SCADRA, LLC.
Steve has negotiated many contracts with third parties, hired and fired, and made presentations both in the boardroom and in front of hundreds of people in a non-native language.
He truly understands the importance of language skills.
